We are seeking a talented Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, to join our London office in a full-time, remote capacity, to support our Energy & Utilities Sales Team. This role offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.   As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and presenting Salesforce-centric solutions to our clients. You will work closely with the Sales team to:

• Identify and develop go-to-market propositions.
• Define scopes of work and assess solution deliverability.
• Validate staffing plans to ensure successful project delivery.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and Salesforce.
• Leading client-facing pre-sales discovery workshops to identify objectives, gather high-level requirements, and understand value drivers.
• Scoping, estimating, and architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions with the support of technical resources.
• Driving innovation within Cloobees to deliver transformative programmes for our customers.
• Championing customer success by ensuring solutions meet their strategic goals.
• Contributing to and enhancing the vibrant culture at Cloobees.

• A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce consulting experience, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proven track record in exploring, understanding, and designing Salesforce-centric solutions.
• Experience helping clients shape, architectural visions and roadmaps.
• Broad knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, with a curiosity for innovations and its future roadmap.
• Experience in multiple core Salesforce Clouds and experience in estimating Salesforce-based solutions.

• Industry experience in Energy and Utilities is advantageous.
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience.
• A background in Business Analysis.
• Salesforce certifications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
